Our school performance data

At Barford Primary, we work hard to ensure that all our amazing young people develop both academically and socially.
We believe the outcomes of our young people can be shown in many ways – and not just by statutory testing and assessment – however, we are proud of how our amazing pupils perform in the national assessments, and we work hard to help them achieve their best in a low stress and supportive environment. We always use our young people’s results as a tool to help us reflect on and develop our provision and to ensure that all individual needs are met.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there was no school data published for the academic years or 2019-20 and 2020-21.
However, you can find some key documents that help show how our wonderful young people performed in the 2018-19 academic year by following the links below. Please remember that these results are now over two years old.
Please click here to view out latest school performance information on the ‘Compare School Performance’ government website.
You can also see a more detailed summary of our results in this Key Data document, which provides further contextual information.
Our amazing young people love our school…
I like school because everyone knows you and you know everyone. The teachers are really nice and even if you have a particular friend, you can always get another one because everyone is so friendly.
Safia Year 5 pupil
I like reading books at school. We have lots of books at Barford.
RohanYear 2 pupil
I like playing with everyone and learning lots.
MarnieYear 2 pupil
I have been here for a while now and I like being in a small school because I know everyone. The surroundings are nice, it isn’t too crowded. My favourite thing is being able to learn new things, even if they are hard.
MollyYear 6 pupil
I’ve been here since Reception, in Year 2 I moved house, but I did not want to move schools because Barford is so homely, I have so many friends.
Emily Year 6 pupil
I really like this school because the classes are mixed, it means you get to work with a range of ages and all the teachers really know you.
Francesca Year 6 pupil
I like Maths because we work out problems together. I like seeing my friends too.
EllaYear 3 pupil
The teachers are totally brilliant. They make it so fun. My favourite thing at school is Maths.
